500g Creamed honey is a popular alternative to liquid honey. Creaming honey is simply controlling the natural crystallization process. Liquid honey is placed in a cylinder with some of the creamed honey from the previous batch. Using an augur or paddle the liquid honey is whipped continuously for several hours at 12-14 degreesC (54-57 F).
