Sunflower seeds - in the shell or without the shell, roasted and salted or no salt - great as a salad topper or in coleslaw 

Pumpkin seeds - raw, shelled or roasted, not salted, plump and green, a very healthy snack.

Sesame seeds - wonderful on oriental stir fry and great toppers on salads - there is a fruity richness to the flavour of baked sesame (resembling toasted almonds) and it adds to the taste of rolls, bread, crumpets, scones and biscuits 

Poppy seeds - the greatest in European deserts – available whole or ground, and also used for bread and rolls because of it's rich “roasted nut” flavour
