Galloways’s barley flakes are whole hulled barley flattened and rolled into flakes. Whole barley is the oldest known cereal grain packed with fiber to help reduce cholesterol, control blood sugar and help the immune system. Barley has more protein than corn, brown rice, millet, sorghum or rye and is higher in fibre and lower in carbs than most whole grains.
