Organic einkorn flour

Einkorn flour is an ancient grain and can be traced back to thousands of years ago. Einkorn wheat contains some gluten but it may not affect those with a gluten intolerance in the same way as wheat flour. You can substitute einkorn cup for cup for regular flour in baking without tweaking your recipes.
